Crab Imperial

1 lb backfin crab meat

1 egg beaten

3 tbsp flax mayonaise

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp old bay

1 tbsp grass fed butter (optional)

dash of paprika


preheat oven to 350

pick out any shell from crab meat

combine all ingredients except paprika and butter

mix and place in pie pan

optionally: cut butter into small pieces and spread across top

add a dash or two of paprika to top

bake 20 minutes
