2 qts Beef Stock
1 lb crab meat
2 large carrots, peeled & chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
14 oz stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp old bay
cayenne pepper to taste
Combine stock, carrots, celery, tomatoes and old bay in pot and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, and cover for 1 hr.
Add crab and continue simmering for 15 minutes.
