Beef Stock

Not the most exciting recipe, but it is needed for some upcoming recipes.

2.5 - 3 lbs soup bone

4 qts water

1 fresh bay leaf

1 cinnamon stick

1 tbsp whole cloves

2 tbsp sea salt

Additional salt to taste.

 

Combine all ingredients in large pot.

Bring to a boil, the reduce heat and cover.

Let simmer for 4 hours.

Add salt to taste.

Chill and skim fat off the top
